This 8-week course will explore a range of emotions, including anger, anxiety and desire, from a spiritual and clinical perspective. Together we will reflect on the common and complex struggles with strong feelings and cultivate insights and tools to navigate them with greater ease. Optional readings will include Buddhist wisdom teachings and psychoanalytic literature. Experienced and beginning meditators are welcome.
